Weeks 2–4 follow a consistent rhythm: Monday sessions introduce the concepts, frameworks and methods; Wednesday sessions apply them to your own organization through discussion and breakouts; Friday sessions are track roundtables or expert guest speakers. Afterwards, you will work within your chosen Blueprint Track toward a deliverable that you’ll be able to present during our Demo Day week.

| 1 | Oct 19–23 | Orientation and AI basics | Onboarding, welcome session, and a grounding briefing on how AI systems work, the full AI lifecycle, and the current state of sustainability in AI. Your blueprint track preference will be due Friday. |
| 2 | Oct 26–30 | Responsible AI position and policy | Why an AI position matters before scaling adoption, the anatomy of a responsible AI policy, governance standards, AI operating principles, and the stakeholder and change-management work of getting a policy adopted. |
| 3 | Nov 2–6 | AI impact hotspots and action plan | The measurement landscape and its limits, the state of disclosure, leading methodologies and available tools, deep-dive into water, and how to rank actions by materiality × influence. |
| 4 | Nov 9–13 | Buy, build and scale AI responsibly | The corporate AI software stack, vendor due diligence and weighted criteria, sustainable design of prompts, agents and tools, and preparing for AI at scale. |
| 5 | Nov 16–20 | Blueprint kickoff and build | Track kickoff, scoping your deliverable to the time available, first facilitated build session, content wrap and cohort social. |
| 6 | Nov 23–27 | Thanksgiving break | No formal programming. Groups are encouraged to meet informally. |
| 7 | Nov 30 – Dec 4 | Build time | Two facilitated working sessions for each Blueprint Track, with OPF practitioners and peers on hand to pressure-test your approach. |
| 8 | Dec 7–11 | Show and tell | Optional demo days, one per track. Roughly 7 minutes of presentation plus 3 minutes of Q&A per participant. |
Weeks 1–4 cover all three domains, so every participant leaves with the shared outcomes below.
